Description

• Appointment Setting: Responds to inbound leads lightning fast and gets meetings booked with sales stakeholders • Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads through various stages of the sales funnel by identifying potential clients and initiating contact • Creative Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold outbound strategies, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach, to engage with prospects • Needs Assessment: Uncover prospect needs and goals, collaborating with the client services team to provide tailored strategic solutions • Sales Briefs: Document prospect information and requirements by creating detailed sales briefs to aid the team in the development of proposals • Pipeline Reporting: Provide regular reports on the daily, weekly, and monthly health of the sales pipeline, including lead conversion rates and revenue forecasts

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or sales • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Proven experience in a similar business development or sales role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
