📋 Description

• You are the primary point of contact for a fixed customer base • You handle customer support both by phone and in person • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Develop and implement tailored solutions for customer requirements • You will cover the Berlin / Brandenburg region

🎯 Requirements

• You are outgoing, communicative, and have a commercial and service-oriented mindset • You are a team player and appreciate the environment of a family-run company with good development opportunities and flat hierarchies • You hold a valid Class B driving license • Ideally, you have experience in customer service or in another role within the healthcare sector • A commercial or other vocational qualification would perfectly round off your profile
