• Process Administration: Follow process documentation to manage day-to-day administrative tasks with efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. • Policy Compliance: Follow HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Review and Approve Requests: Follow standard processes to review and approve requests, such as time off requests and employee expense reimbursements for HR programs. Escalate requests outside of the standard practices. • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire onboarding into systems, paperwork completion, and offboarding tasks. • HRIS Management: Manage the data entry of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information, guidance and support as needed. • HR Metrics and Reporting: Compile and run predefined reports as needed. Prepare regular recurring reports for management needs. • Compliance Reviews: Conduct periodic reviews to ensure HR processes and practices are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. • Continuous Improvement: Help to proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance HR operations.
• 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on process improvement and optimization. • Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and US regulations. • Proficiency in data entry with HRIS systems, and leveraging G Suite products. • Excellent attention to detail. • Strong customer resolution skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
