📋 Description

• Represent moving companies in customer communications • Handle claims-related customer communications • Provide phone support and handle emails • Communicate with customers and resolve disputes • Multitask and maintain attention to detail • Professionally handle escalated customer situations • Remain connected on Zoom throughout the workday • Work on camera during scheduled hours • Maintain a dedicated, professional, private workspace free from distractions and background noise

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills with minimal/neutral accent • Strong customer service background • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and email platforms • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Claims processing or dispute resolution experience highly preferred • Debt collection experience is a plus • Comfortable working within a highly collaborative virtual office environment • Comfortable remaining on Zoom throughout the workday • Backup internet and power required • Intel i5 processor or higher • 8GB RAM minimum (16GB preferred) • 256GB SSD minimum • Dedicated, professional, private workspace without children, pets, television noise, or unrelated individuals interfering with calls or operations
