Description

• Own all operations elements impacting the organization's people • Engage in strategic development of total rewards philosophies • Foster a culture of personal and professional growth within the organization • Design and implement benefits offerings meaningful to the organization • Develop equitable people policies and programs • Lead a diverse, high-performing team • Analyze compensation bands and market data • Support employee relations issues end-to-end

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • 5+ years experience managing payroll for a multi-state organization • 3+ years of experience executing and managing global payroll within the United Kingdom • 7+ years of successful experience building and implementing equitable people programs • 5+ years of successful experience managing human capital management systems • 3+ years of experience managing work pension and 401k plans • Strong client service skills • Understanding of emerging best practices related to people operations
