• Support US-based clients through onboarding, platform adoption, and locator support. • Learn the business by performing the day-to-day operational work yourself. • Identify trends in client questions, support activity, and platform usage. • Investigate issues and recommend practical improvements. • Improve SOPs, onboarding materials, and internal documentation. • Share operational insights and product feedback with management and engineering. • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Operations or client support background with hands-on experience. • Progression into a Team Lead, Supervisor, QA, or similar operations role is strongly preferred. • Comfortable starting with frontline operational work to learn the business. • Experience with root-cause analysis, KPI/trend analysis, QA, or process improvement. • Strong written and spoken English. • Organized, analytical, and proactive. • Based in the Philippines; available to work US Central Time hours
