Description

• SmithRx is developing the next-generation modern pharmacy benefits management (PBM) platform • Seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior DevOps Manager • Lead the DevOps team and collaborate with development, IT, and security teams • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines • Promote and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices • Evaluate, select, and manage tools and technologies for automation • Oversee the implementation of monitoring solutions • Work closely with the security team to ensure DevOps practices meet compliance and security requirements • Lead, mentor, and develop the DevOps team • Manage relationships with software and service vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 8+ years of demonstrated expertise in DevOps practices, including experience with automation, CI/CD, IaC, monitoring Docker and Kubernetes • Proven people leadership experience with 5+ years managing DevOps teams • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies especially AWS • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform) • Solid background in network, security, and database management • Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive innovation • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • Capable of working under pressure in a dynamic environment
