• Experienced Regional Sales Director (Account Executive) role • Find and pursue new business opportunities • Manage customer relationships with accounts in the Central United States • Responsible for generating new business, renewing and expanding customer contracts • Supported by Sales Development Representative and Sales Enablement Manager • Utilize organic and paid marketing activities to generate leads • Stop fraudulent activities by identifying tampered or altered documents • Help property managers and owners avoid costly evictions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Manage sales cycle and deliver on aggressive sales goals • Identify relevant decision-makers and influencers • Understand customer challenges and provide value-based solutions • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue • Travel as needed
• 5+ years of direct SaaS selling experience • Successful experience selling into the greater multi-family ecosystem • Ability & desire to mentor others on sales best practices • Proven track record as a strategic enterprise sales professional • Open-minded and willing to innovate techniques • Proven success creating business in new markets • Familiarity with SaaS technology sales • Experience with Challenger Sales and Value-Based Sales Methodologies • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Willingness to travel
