📋 Description

• Execute HR strategies and programs and work closely with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on workplace matters, conflict resolution, and performance concerns • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that reinforce company culture and values • Administer performance review cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and calibration processes • Support succession planning and development programs • Support global compensation processes (e.g., Salary Review, STI, LTI) • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local employment laws, as well as industry-specific regulations • Oversee HRIS data integrity, reporting, and process improvements • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
