📋 Description

• Design, configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions within the Talent Management Suite • Customizing and system configuration of the relevant SuccessFactors modules • Implementation of business requirements from HR, management and related departments • Configuration of Business Rules, workflows, forms, roles and permissions • Creation, development and administration of a role-based authorization concept based on Role Based Permissions • Analysis and resolution of authorization issues within the SuccessFactors landscape • Coordination with HR, IT security and compliance regarding roles, permissions and governance requirements • Support for integrating the SuccessFactors solution into the existing H4/S4 landscape • Ensuring a consistent data, role and authorization structure • Support during testing, rollout and go-live • Analysis, optimization and further development of existing configurations and processes in talent management • Collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers • Work as part of an agile team

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant • Solid knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Suite • Strong experience in customizing and system configuration within SuccessFactors • Strong knowledge of Role Based Permissions and the design of authorization concepts • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects • Knowledge of SAP HCM, HCM-PE and H4/S4 is an advantage • Experience in HR transformation projects is desirable • Experience with integrating SuccessFactors and H4/S4 is desirable • Experience with SAP Identity Authentication Service and Identity Provisioning Service is an advantage • Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control is an advantage • Structured and solution-oriented working style • Communication and teamwork skills in an interdisciplinary environment • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
