📋 Description

• Advising managers and employees on all HR-related matters • Responsible for the correct application and implementation of labor, tax and social security regulations • Independently performing payroll processing for assigned locations in close coordination with accounting and external service providers • Drafting employment contracts, certificates and references • Maintaining and further developing employee master data and HR processes • Supporting HR projects (e.g. digitization, onboarding of new entities, recruiting)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training with additional HR qualification or a relevant degree • Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on payroll and social security • Solid knowledge of payroll tax law and social security regulations • Confident user of MS Office and experience with common HR management and payroll systems • Structured, reliable and independent working style • Strong communication skills, team player and a high level of service orientation
