📋 Description

• Develop APIs using Node.js, PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB • Monitor application health • Contribute to architectural improvements • Resolve and improve technical debt • Propose reusable architectural ideas and solutions • Identify improvements in code and system design • Participate in the strategic direction of the engineering team • Mentor and help people grow and advance in their careers • Identify bottlenecks and performance improvements in databases and APIs • Act as a reference for best practices in building systems and applications • Ensure good code design across components • Ensure a healthy level of service coupling • Ensure that enhancements maintain the quality and health of services • Improve metrics by reducing endpoint latency • Work on the scalability of services and databases • Contribute to architectural evolution • Support autonomous, independent teams by reducing coupling, coordination costs, and communication bottlenecks

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in technology • Experience developing REST APIs • Experience with relational databases • Experience in system architecture and design • Experience with testing • Experience with daily refactoring • Knowledge of Node.js • Knowledge of databases • Knowledge of PostgreSQL • Knowledge of C++ • Plus: more than 3 years of experience as a technology professional • Plus: more than 3 years of experience developing Node.js applications • Experience with agile processes • Experience with DevOps practices • Experience with Redis • Experience with Elasticsearch
