• Manage the end-to-end payroll process • Handle onboarding, vacation, and termination processes • Calculate and process statutory contributions and withholdings (INSS, FGTS, and IRRF) • Manage processes related to eSocial and employee benefits • Provide support to employees • Monitor electronic timekeeping • Support internal audits
