📋 Description

• Develop and optimize solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud • Develop and execute advanced SQL queries for data extraction and validation, contributing to process optimization and decision-making support • Create and maintain customer journeys in Journey Builder, ensuring personalized and efficient interactions throughout the customer lifecycle • Develop and manage automated processes in Automation Studio, monitoring functionality and investigating failures to ensure operational continuity • Work with Data Extensions, performing relational data modeling, including defining primary keys and relationships between tables, to ensure data integrity and quality • Create and maintain CloudPages and forms using AMPScript, ensuring integrated functionality and an optimized user experience • Develop and optimize Data Streams, segments, DMOs, DLOs, and activations within Data Cloud to maximize marketing campaign effectiveness • Analyze and optimize integrations and data flows between systems, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of information transfer • Conduct incident investigations and perform troubleshooting to identify root causes, proposing effective solutions to technical issues • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors, proactively communicating project progress and ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud • Experience with SQL for advanced queries, data validation, and process optimization • Knowledge of Journey Builder for creating, maintaining, and analyzing customer journeys • Knowledge of Automation Studio for building automated processes, monitoring operations, and investigating failures • Knowledge of Data Extensions and relational data modeling, including defining primary keys, relationships between tables, data imports, data integrity, and the impact of dependencies between data sources • Knowledge of CloudPages and AMPScript for maintaining pages, forms, and integrations • Knowledge of Data Streams, Segmentation, DMOs, DLOs, and Activations in Data Cloud • Experience analyzing integrations and data flows between systems • Ability to investigate incidents, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes • Strong communication skills for collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors • Experience working on large-scale projects in the financial systems or credit industry • Relevant Salesforce and PL/SQL certifications • Experience with systems integration and API development
