📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end requirements process across POC, MVP, and full-launch phases • Translate business requirements into engineering-ready use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and service-level specifications • Work with client business, product, marketing, and operations stakeholders to clarify and prioritise requirements • Map requirements to Jira epics, features, and tickets with the Team Lead and Project Manager • Maintain the requirements single source of truth in SharePoint and Confluence • Facilitate and document discovery sessions, refinement workshops, and stakeholder reviews • Support functional areas including Order Management, Identity & Auth, Pricing, Inventory, Catalog, Notifications, and Analytics • Identify gaps between business requirements and user stories and keep delivery teams aligned on current specifications • Analyse legacy systems and workflows to support migration planning and identify integration dependencies • Maintain scope documentation and change control records for POC, MVP, and full launch decisions • Define acceptance criteria for services and integrations and support QA with test case derivation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on software delivery projects, ideally in agile/scrum environments • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured, developer-ready requirements, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria • Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions with mixed technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfort working across backend and frontend domains, including API contracts, data flows, and service dependencies • Experience maintaining requirements traceability across Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint • Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify gaps, ambiguities, and conflicts in requirements • Excellent written and spoken English • Experience in brownfield or platform modernisation projects, including mapping legacy system behaviour and supporting migration planning • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify Plus or BigCommerce • Experience with multi-vendor delivery models and managing requirements across multiple development teams • Exposure to REST APIs, event-driven architecture, microservices, and data flows • Understanding of B2B e-commerce, promotional products, or print-on-demand business models • Familiarity with ERP systems, marketplace integrations, or MarTech tooling • Experience with P0/P1/P2 prioritisation frameworks and phase-based scope management
