📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements • Translate business needs into high-level and technical User Stories • Support backlog management, refinement, and prioritization with Product Owners and development teams • Work with multiple teams, with a minimum of two teams, to ensure solution alignment and consistency • Participate in system migrations and platform transformations • Analyze and support data models and relational database structures • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable solutions • Support requirements validation and User Acceptance Testing • Maintain high-quality documentation in Jira and Confluence • Contribute to solution design for web-based and distributed systems • Work in complex, multi-system project environments using fixed-price and Scrum-based Agile delivery models

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Understanding of data modeling concepts • Experience working with distributed systems / platform-based architectures • Experience in web-based systems development projects • Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools • Proven experience in migration projects and complex IT initiatives involving multiple teams • Experience working in fixed-price project environments • Ability to work across complex system landscapes and integrations • Strong experience writing high-level business stories and detailed technical stories with acceptance criteria • Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation • Understanding of Agile methodologies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • High level of independence and ownership • Strong teamwork mindset • Risk management ability and awareness • Practical experience using AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor • Must work from the European Union region • A work permit is required • Nice to have: knowledge of leasing or railway domain • Nice to have: experience working with SAP systems • Nice to have: experience applying GenAI within the SDLC • Nice to have: familiarity with AI-driven practices such as agent-based workflows and automation patterns
