• Co-responsibility for the operational and content quality of key account management • Responsibility for the structured, timely preparation of client documents, proposals and projects • Comprehensive, detailed creation and delivery of reports such as CRM, new-customer funnel and activity reports (Salesforce) • Subject-matter responsibility for defined operational tasks, project contributions and smaller client portfolios • Co-responsibility for the implementation of customer and product roll-outs from both project and client perspectives • Ensuring a consistent and professional customer approach in coordination with Key Account Management
• Operational and administrative support for Key Account Managers in day-to-day operations • Ensuring smooth execution of customer requirements and sales processes • Active support for national roll-out and implementation projects • Independent management and development of selected smaller key accounts • Contribution to increasing customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth • Development of key-account-related know-how as a step toward Key Account Management • Building a solid understanding of sales processes and customer needs as a development step toward a sales role • Project-related support for Key Account Managers in planning, executing and further developing customer-specific initiatives • Contribution to sales-focused concepts across the entire customer journey — from strategic idea to operational implementation • Active participation in roll-out projects (e.g. products, services, processes) with a focus on structure, communication and customer value • Support in developing go-to-market approaches for defined customers or customer segments • Maintenance and further development of CRM structures, reporting and project overviews to support data-driven sales work • Conceptual preparation and follow-up of customer inquiries and creation of appropriate proposal logic
