• Responsible for achieving sales targets and support for specified healthcare territory by: - providing clinical education and guidance to clinicians on the effective use and benefits of Solventum products. • engaging with new and existing accounts to expand awareness and appropriate utilisation of solutions within the Negative Pressure/Wound Care pillar. • Ensures sales and clinical strategy implementation is aligned with commercial directives • Identifies opportunities via gap analysis, using monthly sales report in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager • Develops a deep knowledge of the solutions offered by Solventum Medical Surgical Division and how they can be applied in clinical settings • Conduct professional and impactful business reviews to help customers understand current trends, deliver savings opportunities, identify key initiatives, and facilitate projects that drive value to the customer and Solventum • Carries out duties independently with periodic supervision and assistance.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred), or science related field • Sales experience within medical devices or consumables- preferred. • Positive, can-do attitude • Strong relationship skills • Have flexibility and adaptability in approach to tasks. • Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously. • Experience in Operating theatres • Experience and or knowledge of Acute Care Sector, Operating Theatres and/or Wound Care.
