📋 Description

• Advise customers and support orthodontic and dental practices in transitioning from conventional to digital treatment workflows • Implement the Clarity portal in orthodontic and dental practices • Train practice staff in system use, including preparation for treatment appointments and implementation of the bonding protocol • Provide proactive customer support and assist in defining treatment goals • Facilitate effective communication with technicians • Train internal staff • Collaborate with Dental and Ortho territory managers • Coordinate and collaborate with the Technical Support team • Support customer events such as roundtables and congresses

🎯 Requirements

• State examination, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or vocational qualification in dentistry or dental technology • Solid experience/competence in digital treatment workflows, preferably with aligner therapy • Strong communication skills, confident presence, and enjoyment in working with a wide range of stakeholders • Fluent in German and English • Proven success in consultative sales within the dental or orthodontic sector is a plus • Willingness to learn complex clinical and technical content is an advantage • Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style with strong organizational and multitasking skills is beneficial • Strong presentation skills are a plus • Valid driver’s license required • Willingness to travel up to 80%
