📋 Description

• Develop, nurture, and maintain relationships within the industry to grow market share with channel partners, farmers, and influencers • Handle sales process from leads and quote to close; as well as assist the channel partner network in closing sales • Locate and close agreements with channel partners as well as influencers to help grow and meet your revenue targets • Work across departments and maintain a pulse on any R & D projects at your clients farms and facilitate where necessary • Work in-between product, marketing and sales to grow and retain customers • Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses • Attend conferences and industry events to promote the company and attract new partners • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments • Perform cost-benefit (ROI) and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs • Continuously improve product by collecting feedback and sharing it with management; Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 year degree, or relevant experience • Minimum of 3 years of dairy knowledge & experience • Valid Driving license with a clean driving record • Deep understanding of Milk Quality, Dairy Nutrition and Reproduction are a plus • Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong problem solving, decision-making, project and time management skills • Ability to identify opportunities and prospects, build customer relationships and close sales.
