• Manage and expand existing customer relationships in Turkey • Acquire new customers through networking and targeted outreach • Conduct sales meetings and product presentations • Attend trade shows and events and follow up on contacts • Analyze market conditions, competitors, and customer potential • Prepare quotes and support the process through to contract signing • Maintain CRM and report to sales management • Collaborate with Engineering, After Sales and Marketing • Support sales strategies and campaigns for Turkey
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in mechanical engineering • Existing network of potential customers • Several years of experience selling high-value capital goods, preferably in product packaging for the food industry / end-of-line packaging machinery • Proven success in acquiring new customers and closing deals • Native-level Turkish, very good English, German advantageous • Strong customer focus and negotiation skills • Structured working style and high willingness to travel • Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office • Team player with ability to clearly communicate technical solutions
