Description

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Creative Arts, Malaysia Studio and Localization teams • Develop relationships with business partners and drive operational initiatives • Play a key leadership role in monitoring financial performance • Propose business operational improvements • Identify leading indicators of over/under spend • Drive executive level presentation materials • Perform sensitivity, scenario, and what-if analyses • Manage, inspire, develop, and retain a team of financial professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management, or finance • Minimum 10+ years experience working in FP&A • Strategic thinker, highly analytical, creative • Strong MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel • Be versatile working with large volumes of data • Ability to assimilate new processes and technologies • Strong communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Experienced in SAP, Oracle or other accounting packages • Collaborative worker in cross-functional/regional teams
