• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with SOULCHI's mission, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability • Lead the development of investment plans and financial models to support fundraising efforts, including the upcoming angel investor round • Oversee the creation of accurate budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights to support decision-making processes • Establish robust financial reporting mechanisms to provide transparent insights into the financial health of the organization • Collaborate with the executive team to prepare for fundraising activities, including the preparation of investor materials and financial documentation • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges, ensuring the stability of the organization • Optimize cash flow management to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives • Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial goals, providing regular updates and insights

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a startup environment • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills • Experience with fundraising and investor relations • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance • Excellent communication and presentation skills
