📋 Description
• Assist clients in collecting payments from insurance companies • Review/Analyze explanation of benefits (EOB), Remittance Advice, and Denials • Preparation and analysis of aging reports • Use various channels to resolve account receivables • Review and update claims corrections
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in Medical Billing and Collections • Knowledge of medical billing codes, including CPT and HCPCS coding • Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems and Practice Management Systems (PMS) • Ability to read and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
