• Responsible for our aftermarket radar product intended for collision avoidance applications primarily on industrial and commercial vehicles • Work closely with customers to understand their expectations for the product and define the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy • Stay abreast of competitive requirements and provide insight for technical requirements • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between engineering, business, and regulatory considerations • Provide input into Product Marketing decisions and activities
• 10 years' overall experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing product leadership role • Experience bringing a hardware product for commercial and industrial fleets successfully to market • Extensive understanding of gathering market input to define a successful product roadmap • Experience working as a Field Service Engineer, or working closely with Field Service Engineers • Proven ability to evolve product strategy based on customer input, research, data, and industry trends • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment • Highly organized and collaborative with exceptional communication skills • Bachelor’s Degree required
