📋 Description

• Your mission is to drive business outcomes by acquiring, developing, and managing strategic publisher partnerships in the DACH region. • Collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results that align with Sparteo’s broader goals. • Strategically target DACH web publishers: Focus on the small to medium publisher segment to secure long-term partnerships. • Leverage Sparteo’s solutions to demonstrate how we boost media value. • Collaborate with publishers to improve their monetization strategies through Sparteo’s innovative platforms (Actirise, Viously, etc.). • Align publisher strategies with Sparteo’s overarching revenue and market penetration objectives. • Partner with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, support) to ensure publishers see measurable results. • Stay informed on DACH-specific web publishing trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics. • Provide actionable insights to Sparteo’s leadership team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in adtech business development, with an established portfolio of small to medium-sized web publishers in the DACH region. • Expertise in sales cycles and negotiation within B2B environments. • Strong analytical mindset to craft and communicate data-backed strategies. • Hungry for growth: Passionate about driving personal and collective success. • Data-driven: Comfortable using analytics to support decision-making. • Collaborative: Thrives in a team-oriented environment to deliver T3 outcomes.
