Description

• Work with a customer to define new product features and prioritize them into the backlog • Work with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to define new product features and prioritize them into the backlog • Work with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to design and define technical requirements key to delivering the product roadmap • Work with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to review and contribute to API specs • Work with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to date and deliver oriented with a keen understanding of tradeoffs • Work with customers, engineers, and other internal teams to manage product backlog and work with them to plan sprints and deliver releases on time • Work with customers, engineers, and other internal teams to support the customer lifecycle, helping them implement, troubleshoot issues, and capture feedback • Work with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to define new product features and prioritize them into the backlog.

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication skills • Experience with product backlog and user experience • Experience with product design • Experience with product development • Experience with customer lifecycle • Experience with data analysis and evaluation
