Description

• Crafting and executing strategies to attract, convert and grow Providers into the Spring Health network. • Testing a variety of channels, programs, and funnels to help us best understand the best way to continue building our industry leading provider community. • Partner closely with our existing growth, audience development, and demand generation functions to best leverage existing learnings, platforms, tools and insights to help drive Provider Network growth. • Championing learnings back into the organization, and being the voice of this Provider persona to help all of Spring Health understand deeply what they are looking for in a partner. • Develop a POV on our ideal approach to building brand awareness among leading Providers, developing an audience of interested Providers and ultimately attracting them into the Spring Health network.

Requirements

• 5+ years of growth marketing experience • An exceptionally strong growth mindset, and deep curiosity for developing hypotheses and building our experimentation roadmaps • Proficiency in leveraging marketing platforms such as Google Adwords, LI Ads, FB Advertising, and inbound marketing tactics that develop audiences and communities. • Experience partnering with agencies and holding them accountable to internal growth KPIs • A strong collaborative mindset, and an ability to work across the organization effectively to build trust and partnership • Results-oriented mindset: You’re driven by data and continuously seek opportunities for optimization • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Your professionalism and adaptability make you a valued collaborator and ambassador for Spring Health • Subject Matter Expert: Understanding of the HR/Benefits market is a plus
