Description

• Further craft & execute Spring Health’s localization strategy focusing on quality, cost, and speed to market • Drive process creation across core cross functional teams (e.g. marketing, product, clinical, etc) to deliver world class localized products to support our members globally • Own playbooks & budgets across localization, and enablement of processes across the organization • Build & manage vendor relationships to continue to innovate and find efficiencies within processes • Coording the creation and maintenance of all linguistic assets (TMs, glossaries, style guides, reference materials) • Track timelines and projects, owning all escalations and risk management around localization

Requirements

• Previous experience in Localization, or cross functional program management • Experience managing TMs, glossaries, and style guides across vendors • Strong interest in operational strategy & playbook creation, and automating and scaling processes • Experience in budget management and prioritization • Highly organized and detail oriented • Ability to work in a cross functional and fast paced environment
