📋 Description

• Work alongside the Managing Consultant on recruitment assignments • Write and publish job adverts and manage applications • Source candidates using PNET, LinkedIn, Zoho Recruit and other platforms • Use Boolean searching, database mining and headhunting techniques • Screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings and interview candidates • Build candidate relationships and manage communication throughout the recruitment process • Coordinate interviews, documentation, references and background checks • Maintain accurate information in the Zoho Recruit ATS • Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients • Gradually gain exposure to client interaction and the broader 360 recruitment process • Contribute to social media, recruitment marketing and other business areas • Use AI and emerging technologies in recruitment and sourcing

🎯 Requirements

• Matric is essential • Previous recruitment experience is not essential; around 1–2 years' recruitment, resourcing or talent-sourcing experience is suitable • Alternatively, experience in internal sales, customer-facing or technical sales environments, or recent university graduation • Strong computer literacy and confidence working with technology • Experience or comfort using ATS platforms, online recruitment platforms, databases and Microsoft applications • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Confidence speaking to people, particularly over the telephone • Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately with information • Strong organisational skills and ability to organise the working day • Ability to work independently and effectively in a work-from-home environment • Genuine willingness and appetite to learn • Warm, engaging, curious and professional personality with ability to build relationships
