📋 Description

• Work on multiple vacancies across technical and professional disciplines • Write and manage job adverts and screen incoming applications • Proactively source candidates using PNET, Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels • Build Boolean searches and identify candidates who are not necessarily actively applying • Conduct telephone screens and candidate interviews against specific job requirements • Maintain accurate candidate, client and vacancy information within Zoho Recruit • Manage candidate communication, interview arrangements, documentation and follow-ups • Assist with references and other pre-employment/background-check processes • Present suitable shortlisted candidates for review • At Consultant level, progressively take ownership of the full recruitment process from client brief and vacancy management through interviews, offers and placement • Build professional relationships with candidates and, depending on experience, clients

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience within a recruitment agency environment is strongly preferred • Demonstrable experience sourcing candidates through job portals, databases and/or LinkedIn • Comfortable screening and speaking to candidates telephonically • Good judgement when assessing a CV against a job brief • Confident using recruitment systems/ATS technology; Zoho Recruit experience would be advantageous • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies, candidates and follow-ups • For the Junior Consultant route, previous exposure to managing vacancies and communicating directly with clients would be particularly valuable • Exposure to technical, engineering, mining, manufacturing or industrial recruitment would be advantageous, but isn't essential
