• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven success in a sales-driven role, ideally within the promotional products industry • Existing relationships with promotional product distributors strongly preferred • Familiarity with promotional hard goods and custom product development • Understanding of global sourcing practices and international logistics • Strong analytical skills for accurate quoting and cost analysis • Collaborative mindset and a team-first attitude
