📋 Description

• Architect, design, develop, and implement robust and scalable Blue Prism automations • Translate business requirements into accurate and detailed technical designs • Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring adherence to standards and managing defect resolution • Provide 3rd line technical support for complex issues related to deployed customer automations • Manage development tasks across multiple projects and report progress • Act as a technical point of contact and trusted advisor for clients • Consult with clients to promote the Robotic Operating Model (ROM) and Blue Prism development best practices • Design and deliver Knowledge Support workshops and enablement sessions • Identify opportunities to expand clients' automation footprint • Evaluate customers' Intelligent Automation capabilities and technical infrastructures against Blue Prism standards • Ensure a positive client experience through high-quality deliverables and effective communication • Take accountability for technical quality and architectural soundness of assigned automations • Participate in client, partner, or internal development teams while ensuring delivery, budget, and specification compliance • Perform Quality Assurance reviews on peer developers' automations • Contribute to Blue Prism development standards and best practices • Champion reusable automation components and configurations via the Blue Prism Digital Exchange • Identify, design, and develop automation solutions for internal Professional Services processes • Participate in testing and feedback for new Blue Prism product releases and features • Contribute to technical enablement and upskilling of internal Blue Prism teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years overall software development experience • Proven experience leading software delivery projects or significant contributions to large implementations • Designer or ROM Architect highly desired • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English are mandatory • Proficiency in .NET or Python • Understanding of relational databases and SQL, including SQL Server or Oracle • Understanding of Web Services, REST/SOAP, and API integration • Good client-facing skills and ability to act as a trusted technical advisor • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to create high-quality documentation • Ability to understand client needs, assess automation journeys, identify roadblocks, and co-create actionable plans • Proven ability to mentor and enable client teams toward self-sufficiency • Must be proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese • Logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities • Experience participating in UAT, managing defects, and following change control procedures • Ability to manage tasks across multiple concurrent projects • Understanding and hands-on Blue Prism development experience is a plus • Understanding of Blue Prism Control Room, Work Queues, Credentials, Exceptions, and Logging is a plus • Understanding of Blue Prism technical infrastructure requirements and deployment considerations is a plus
