Description

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients within your region across a wide range of verticals. • Utilize your understanding of Agency/brand/campaigns to ensure objectives and goals are met. • Maintain a strong focus on Customer Retention Rate and Net Revenue Retention Rate to achieve a quarterly target. • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients. • Host regular training and education sessions with your clients. • Regularly report on campaign performance, KPI optimisation, and strategic solutions. • Set up and manage traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Experience working with clients throughout the UK market across multiple verticals • In-depth knowledge of programmatic and media buying • Proficient in presentation skills for clients • Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user • Proven track record in managing client relationships and growing revenue • The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge • Flexibility to travel occasionally to meet with clients within their region
