• 6+ years of HR Generalist or Business Partner experience, with a strong focus on Employee Relations, preferably in a global or EMEA-focused role. • Strong understanding of EMEA employment laws, regulations, and best practices. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex employee relations issues. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. • You thrive in the fast-paced, dynamic world of tech. Ambiguity is your playground, and you know how to navigate it confidently. • C.I.P.D certification is a plus.
