📋 Description

• Present clear, video-facing treatment plans and financial options to patients • Perform dental benefit verifications • Calculate copays • Manage pre-authorizations to prevent care delays • Answer patient questions • Manage patient follow-ups • Coordinate care workflows using Mango Voice • Process and log treatment records, chart notes, and insurance details accurately within Dentrix • Manage patient care plans, dental insurance verifications, and patient communications

🎯 Requirements

• Direct prior experience working in a U.S. dental office • A dental healthcare background is strongly preferred • Exceptional, fluent bilingual English/Spanish • Hands-on experience with Dentrix EMR • Hands-on experience with Mango Voice phone systems • Fully equipped and comfortable working in a video-facing (camera-ready) virtual setup • Full-time contractor position, 40 hours per week • Availability Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm PST
