📋 Description

• Serve as the first line of contact for inbound calls via Weave, handling non-clinical patient requests and routing complex issues • Provide administrative updates on prescription status, order tracking, and routine refill processing within Liberty Software • Accurately update patient records and thoroughly document every interaction • Handle basic insurance inquiries and route complex coverage issues to appropriate billing or pharmacy staff • Identify and escalate clinical inquiries, dosage/interaction questions, medication advice, and prior authorization requests to licensed pharmacists or technicians

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or medical administrative support and high-volume customer service • Familiarity with Liberty Software (preferred/trainable) and Weave phone systems • Strong understanding of pharmacy/prescription terminology and medical office workflows • Exceptional HIPAA compliance judgment • Proven ability to distinguish between administrative duties and clinical escalations • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills with an empathetic patient-facing tone • Full-time contractor position, 40 hours per week • Monday through Friday, 10 am EST to 6 pm EST
