• Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements • Lead product teams through effective communication and leadership • Ensure timely and quality delivery of product features • Manage product development lifecycle and resource allocation • Support creation and execution of test plans and quarterly roadmaps • Provide guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management • Strong technical background in Salesforce development or similar CRM/Investment Management platforms • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot • Strong work ethic and accountability • Comfortable making quick decisions in collaborative environments • Ability to connect customer use cases to technology solutions • Extensive knowledge and experience in Agile methodology
