• Manage job postings across internal and external platforms. • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple calendars, locations and time zones. • Act as a central point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. • Support recruiters and hiring managers by ensuring candidate pipelines and recruitment records remain accurate and up to date. • Maintain high data quality within the applicant tracking system. • Coordinate preboarding and onboarding logistics in partnership with the People & Culture team. • Assist with recruitment reporting, hiring documentation and operational workforce-planning administration.
• At least two years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations or a comparable administrative role. • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Experience coordinating complex calendars across multiple time zones. • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy. • A proactive and solution-oriented working style. • Ability to remain organised and effective in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • German language skills are an advantage.
