📋 Description

• Prepare decisions, analyses, and strategic foundations as the management team’s right hand • Independently drive special commercial projects, such as Vietnam production, new product lines, and investments • Work on pricing calculations, landed costs, and supplier terms • Help build and further develop reporting, KPIs, and the underlying data infrastructure • Support controlling topics such as margin, contribution margin, forecasting, and liquidity • Provide data-driven support for assortment and growth initiatives, including best sellers/slow movers, bundles, and inventory • Help shape processes and structures for the next phase of growth

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in e-commerce (required) – you understand shop and marketplace businesses, product assortments, and growth levers • Entrepreneurial, versatile, and hands-on: you take ownership and independently drive initiatives through to completion • Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and a BI tool • Basic understanding of finance and controlling, including margin, contribution margin, forecasting, and liquidity • Affinity for modern tools and AI-assisted work • Analytical, structured, and pragmatic • Fluent German; English is a plus
