Weflow is a Revenue AI platform that automates Salesforce data capture, conversation intelligence, pipeline inspection, and forecasting to improve sales productivity, pipeline visibility, and forecast accuracy. It uses AI agents to transcribe and summarize meetings, auto-update CRM fields (e. g. , MEDDIC), surface deal risks and insights, and generate forecasts and coaching feedback for revenue teams. Weflow is offered as a SaaS product for revenue operations, sales, customer success, and executive teams at high-growth and enterprise companies.

📋 Description

• Work directly with the founders and GTM team on high-priority GTM projects from ideation to execution • Own specific campaigns and creative initiatives end-to-end, including defining scope, producing assets, and driving distribution • Activate and grow Weflow's existing community, podcast audience, and thought leadership platform into campaign distribution channels • Identify and seize distribution opportunities, including partnerships, communities, events, media, and co-marketing • Build repeatable systems and playbooks so successful initiatives can scale • Work across brand, marketing, and go-to-market topics and campaigns, including events, product marketing, outbound, and social, to drive pipeline • Work directly with Janis, CEO and Co-Founder, and the GTM team

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent academic background - economics, business, industrial engineering, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrated ability) • Prior experience in a high-growth startup, VC, consulting, or a role where you wore many hats and shipped things independently • Exceptional written communication - you write with clarity, economy, and personality • High curiosity and strong opinions about great B2B marketing • Fast learning and adaptability • Ability to work independently and proactively • Deep interest in brand-building, GTM, and the intersection of product and go-to-market strategy • Experience working with or growing an audience, community, or media property is a strong plus • Fluent in English • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing (content, paid, events, social, or GTM engineering) is a plus, not a requirement
