📋 Description

• You support the founding team and work directly alongside the founders. • You analyze new markets and locations across Europe and provide decision-making insights for expansion. • You support the acquisition of new B2B customers and partners. • You prepare meetings and accompany the founders in strategic discussions. • You help create professional pitch decks and reports for investors and partners. • You identify inefficiencies in daily operations. • You test new AI tools and support smarter scaling of the organization. • You help design new projects, ventures, and business models in the areas of IT solutions, car sharing, expansion, and tiny houses.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism Management or a comparable field (advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s) — or an ambitious career-changer with a founder mindset • Extreme "get-things-done" mentality and independent problem-solving • Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with data • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets • An eye for excellent presentation design • Full proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken • Ideally, first experience in a startup, consulting, or project management
