📋 Description

• Run, launch, QA, and manage email, SMS, Meta, and Google campaigns across all 8 Stayd brands • Duplicate winning campaigns, kill underperforming campaigns, and keep brand campaigns separated • Run and maintain core AI systems and extend them where possible • Use Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to automate reporting, create creative variants, prepare lists, and draft copy • Get assets, audiences, and landing pages live quickly • Support SEO through Google Business Profiles, local search, and ranking content • Track and tag every campaign by source and maintain current dashboards • Detect anomalous performance before the Director asks • Launch, log, and evaluate campaign, page, and offer tests • Report to the Director of GTM, Homeowner Acquisition • Own campaign velocity, machine uptime, conversion rate, AI automation, and testing rate across the brands • Support the Director on cost per qualified lead and lead quality by brand and source

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience running at least 3 of: email, SMS, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or direct mail, with demonstrable results • Experience using AI in work; willingness to go deeper • Experience with or interest in Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex is a plus • Systems mindset and strong organization across 8 brands • Excellent written English • Sharp eye for detail • Fast, proactive communication and early problem flagging • SEO knowledge, including Google Business Profiles, citations, and ranking content, is a bonus • Background in real estate, property management, or short-term rentals is a bonus • Experience building funnels or marketing automations end to end is a bonus • Comfort with APIs, webhooks, or light scripting is a bonus • Ability to overlap approximately 4 hours daily with US Mountain Time
