📋 Description
• Act as an SAP HR functional consultant, responsible for analysis, configuration, and support of Human Resources modules. • Gather requirements from the client, propose solutions, and perform system parameterization in SAP. • Conduct tests, deliver training, and produce technical documentation. • Support the team and clients in resolving questions and issues related to SAP HR.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with SAP HR, including configuration and support. • Advanced knowledge of the Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits modules. • Experience in payroll processing and time/attendance processes. • Experience with agile methodologies and project management. • Good communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
