Description

• Lead a team of engineers and developers specializing in network and server sensor technology • Working closely with PM, oversee the development and enhancement of NDR network sensors and Windows/Linux server sensors. Ensure products achieve right behavior and are built to high standards • Provide expert knowledge in Linux embedded systems, Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Linux kernel audit, and Windows event collection • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies related to network and server data collection • Establish rigorous test standard and test automation to ensure the reliability and performance of all sensor products • Work closely with other departments, including product management, marketing, and sales, to ensure product alignment with market needs and company objectives • Contribute hands-on engineering expertise to the project, demonstrating leadership in both strategy and execution • Mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of growth and skill development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and implementing device sensor and software agent related technologies • Strong foundational knowledge in Linux or Windows OS and networking stack • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment • Proficient communication and teamwork abilities
