Description

• Consult the Government with integration of CV capabilities across agencies, ensuring alignment of architecture, requirements, and capabilities • Advocate various CV processes, workflows for efficient delivery • Maintain technical roadmaps and re-baseline in response to changes • Ensure integration of solution engineering across time horizons • Support system integration necessary • Consult activities and interactions with the IC, external agencies and the DoD • Provide guidance on service virtualization, service APIs for enterprise systems • Manage, Coordinate, and respond to taskers for AI Governance

Requirements

• A combination of twenty (20) cumulative years of experience in which fifteen (15) years are focused demonstrated understanding, knowledge, and expert level experience as a Systems Engineer. • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related technical/scientific fields • Demonstrated experience in government or industry in relevant work areas including: DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, system engineering • Demonstrated experience consulting the Government with integration of capabilities across enterprise ensuring compliance with agreements • Demonstrated experience consulting Government oversight of program development, coordination of CONOPS, technology roadmap planning • Demonstrated experience consulting integration activities with external agencies and the DoD • Experience with and strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle
