• Active telephone-based acquisition of new and existing customers (B2B) — across Austria and industries, with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) • Independent management of the entire sales cycle — from customer identification in the CRM system through needs analysis to closing and expanding customer relationships • Daily outbound activities to achieve your monthly revenue targets • Efficient use and maintenance of our CRM system (SAP) — for lead qualification, proposal tracking, and documentation of all sales opportunities • Close collaboration with Customer Service to ensure optimal customer support and identify additional opportunities • Achieve your targets (KPIs) within a performance-oriented team
• Some experience in telephone sales or sales — motivated career changers and sales talent are also welcome • Strong verbal and written communication skills and active listening to accurately identify customer needs and provide persuasive advice • You are goal-oriented, work independently, and have genuine sales drive — daily selling, target attainment, and performance motivate you • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus — otherwise we will prepare you for it during onboarding
