📋 Description

• IT service & support (remote & on-site) • Point of contact for our customers for IT questions and incidents • Analyze, resolve and track incidents and service requests • Support our customers remotely and occasionally on-site • Client and server support • Administration and support of Windows clients • Assist in maintaining Windows Server and Active Directory environments • Identify and resolve issues before they become critical • Documentation and knowledge sharing • Maintain and update customer documentation • Contribute to and expand our internal knowledge base • Participate in projects • Support IT projects, migrations and system rollouts • Gradual assumption of additional responsibilities depending on experience

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (system integration) or equivalent qualification/practical experience • Good knowledge of Windows client operating systems • Basic knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory • Interest in further technical development • Customer-oriented, structured and solution-focused working style • Very good German and good English skills • Junior candidates and career starters are explicitly welcome!
