📋 Description

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary Backend and Mobile/Web teams • Conduct 1-on-1 meetings, individual development plans (IDPs), performance reviews, and talent retention initiatives • Translate and cascade the company’s strategic plans to the team • Ensure that technical direction is aligned with business objectives • Ensure the delivery of complete solutions, from the in-app experience to the robustness of backend services • Partner with Product Managers, Product Designers, and other leaders • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business areas • Ensure transparency, deadline visibility, and alignment of expectations • Foster psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous feedback • Act as an ambassador for Stone’s culture

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience leading or managing technology teams • Technical background in software development • Ability to guide architecture discussions for Mobile (Kotlin/Android/iOS), Web (React/Next.js), and Backend (.NET, APIs, Microservices, Event Sourcing, Event-Driven Architecture) • Experience in environments with scalable, integrated, and highly available systems • Clear communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence to manage conflicts and support the career development of engineers with diverse areas of expertise
