📋 Description

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary Backend and Mobile/Web teams, conducting one-on-ones, individual development plans (IDPs), performance reviews and talent retention initiatives. • Translate and cascade the company's strategic plans to the team, ensuring alignment between technical direction and business objectives. • Ensure delivery of end-to-end solutions, from the in-app experience to the robustness of backend services. • Work in partnership with Product Managers, Product Designers and other leaders. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business areas, ensuring transparency, timeline visibility and aligned expectations. • Promote psychological safety, collaboration and continuous feedback, acting as an ambassador of Stone's culture. • Drive the professional growth of direct reports and foster continuous learning and technical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience leading/managing technology teams • Technical background in software development • Ability to lead architecture discussions across Mobile (Kotlin/Android/iOS), Web (React/Next.js) and Backend (.NET, APIs, microservices, Event Sourcing and event-driven architectures) • Experience with scalable, integrated and high-availability systems • Clear communication, empathy and emotional intelligence for conflict management and career development of engineers across different specialties
